Positive Attitude Helps Heart Patient Healthy

According to a new report from the American Heart Association, people who have heart problems who manage to have a positive attitude in life and try to engage in physical exercise regularly tend to live longer.

According to Dr. Susanne S. Pedersen, one of the authors of the research and a professor of cardiac psychology at the Tiburg University, we shouldn’t only focus on improving our positive attitude.

It is also important that we exercise regularly. Regular exercise is linked with improved levels of optimism and health.
