Heart disease is often seen as one of the problems among older adults and seniors. However, there are also many younger people suffering from heart diseases, even those whose families do not have a history on the complication.
Some people who are not overweight and don’t smoke can suffer from a heart attack, and doctors believe that heart attacks that occur in younger people are brought by genetic causes; obesity is another factor and many experts also say that stress plays a vital role though further studies need to be done.
