Fish Oil Helps Improve Heart Health

Posted 8 years ago

According to the Australian authors of one literature review, there exists “strong and consistent evidence” that depression and social isolation promote Cardiovascular Disease or CVD.

However, with or without these conditions, everyone should always be conscious about keeping their cardio healthy.

There’s little doubt that fish and their special omega 3-fatty acids help deter heart problems.

The American Heart Association recommends taking at least two servings of fish each week. Salmon, tuna, sardines, and other varieties are rich in omega-3s. Omega-3s helps moderate blood levels of triglycerides and inflammation which are the two main drivers of cardiovascular disease.
