It has long been known that meditation has many health benefits, but a recent study suggests that there may be even more. The study sought to explain the impact of meditation on a healthy heart. This new study would provide a new way of looking at meditation.

The results of the study would be available by next year.

According to an article from, “Forty participants, aged 20 to 72, were involved in the study, with half being experienced meditators and half never having meditated before. ”
